PEUSA – Productora Elèctrica Urgellenca SA – has agreed to collaborate with Greennova Foundation to help us in our fight against climate change and pollution.

PEUSA is a company that produces 100% renewable electricity, a very important part of which is produced in its three hydroelectric plants installed on the Valira river.

PEUSA is committed to the territory, too. Not only because it has about 1400 shareholders who are mostly residents of La Seu d’Urgell, but also for its collaboration with different institutions from the Alt Urgell region.

In particular, its social corporate responsability includes direct actions to support people in state of energy poverty, and indirect actions to support vulnerable people.

The collaboration with Greennova Foundation is part of PEUSA environmental objectives, which in addition to the production of 100% renewable energy without carbon dioxide emissions, include measures to support the electric vehicle and continuous improvement actions in order to preserve the environment.
