Last February 7th the whole CAPTACO2 project team welcomed Vueling at Eurecat premises in Tarragona.

Vueling’s Marketing and Sustainability management could learn not only about the development of CAPTACO2 project, but also about other new technologies aimed at promoting carbon circular economy, with particular interest in the carbon dioxide to fuel conversion experiments.

The visit comes once the airline officially became Greennova Foundation’s sponsor last October. Vueling demonstrates once again that, as it states through the IAG Group’s annual report, caring about sustainability is still in its core after more than fifteen years of operations.

Vueling frames the collaboration with Greennova in its commitment to being a responsible, solid and sustainable airline for all its stakeholders: customers, shareholders, employees and society as a whole.

With the help of Vueling, Greennova Foundation will be able to raise awareness and to keep on with the fight against the climate emergency.
